The pact calls for WiredZone to provide bandwidth-intensive, high-tech and telecommunications services to CombiMatrix's new headquarters and research, laboratory and manufacturing areas. The company is relocating from Snoqualmie, WA. and expanding with the move. The firm employs about 200 people.
The pact is in in line with WiredZone's recent deal to supply all of Harbour Pointe, situated in the Technology Corridor north of Seattle. The structure is the largest block of high-bandwidth class-A office space available in the Seattle area, and showcases a state-of-the-art infrastructure.
WiredZone customizes properties by providing 24/7 operating hours, security, conference centers, plug-n-go offices suites and food service. WiredZone's real estate portfolio encompasses six million sf in Dallas, Houston, Jersey City, Seattle and Tulsa. The company also has pacts pending in four additional major US markets. WiredZone Holdings is a real estate operating company capitalized by Apollo Real Estate Advisors, LP and Prescott Realty Group.
