The two-story building, located at 135 Columbia, will be the new corporate headquarters for the full-service Internet-based executive search firm, which will occupy the building in January 2001.
Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beach office represented the building's owner, Cornerstone Development Partners Inc. of Laguna Niguel in the transaction. LeadersOnline was represented by Cushman Realty.
