Massive Old Mill Structure Up for Sale

BEND, OR-What is 85 feet wide, 500 feet long and 70 feet tall? Everybody here can tell you, it’s the old mill structure on Southwest Industrial Way. It’s been there since the late 1920s, and has housed everything from the original lumber drying facility to indoor tennis courts, and has more recently been fancied by beverage distributors.

The massive mill structure, on a little more than four acres at 721 SW Industrial Way, is owned by Clearwater Beverage but is home to High Desert Beverage Distributors LLC. High Desert is having a 100,000-sf building erected in the North Brinson Business Park on the north side of the city, and hopes to move in next September or October, and Clearwater has decided to put it up for sale.
