Located at 23 Hubble Dr. in the Hubble Industrial Park, ATEN plans to use the building for its corporate and sales offices and distribution operation. The Taiwan-based designer, manufacturer and distributor of computer connectivity and peripheral sharing products will be relocating from the Irvine Business Complex to the new location later this month.
"The interest from various technology firms in this particular property was aggressive," says the broker representing Smile International. "If we had five more available buildings like this one, we would have leased them all."
