Technical Industries will convert the former R&D laboratories into flexible open office space. The company bought all of the 15 acre-tract, but intends to use only part of it for possible future expansion. It has put 5.25 acres on the market for $750,000.
Technical Industries is a subsidiary of MCSi (Miami Computer Supply Corp.) which sells computer and office automation supplies and visual technology equipment.
