Developer Moving Corporate Offices Uptown

CHARLOTTE-Lincoln Harris is relocating 50 staffers into newly-leased 17,000 sf offices at the Bank of America Corporate Center where it manages the 60-story property.

CHARLOTTE-After 30 years at SouthPark, developer Johnny Harris is moving his 50-employee, corporate Lincoln Harris operations to newly-leased 17,000 sf offices on the 26th floor of the 60-story Bank of American Corporate Center. Harris manages the property.

About 10 staffers will remain at Lincoln Harris’ 2,800-sf office at SouthPark to continue managing the firm’s assets there. Harris formed Lincoln Harris last year with Dallas, TX-based Lincoln Property Co.
