The 100-acre business park stands at 1515 Rancho Conejo Blvd. Teradyne, a Boston-based supplier of test equipment for the electronics and telecommunications industries, will use the space to expand its operations in the Conejo Valley.

The Sherman Oaks office of CB Richard Ellis represented Teradyne. Conejo Spectrum was represented by LA-based Investment Development Services.
