A tenant since 1997, the Perkowski firm, which specializes in intellectual property law, also extended its original lease term for an additional three years. Perkowski will occupy its sixth floor offices for more than a seven-year term. W&M Construction will build out the additional space for the tenant.

The facilities are excellent, the support staff is world-class, and the location is very convenient."Soundview Plaza is a seven-story, 180,000 sf building owned by the Malkin family. W&M recently completed renovations to the three-story atrium entrance and main lobby, featuring rose mahogany granite floors, light oak wood details, a new concierge station with "touch screen" tenant directory. Improvements currently under way for completion later this fall include: chrome-and-glass handrails on the second and third floor balconies; a tenants-only, executive conference center; Soundview Grille, a new tenants-only dining facility and the addition of snack vending machines.
