New Religious Buildings Planned for Rancho Santa Margarita

ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Severson & Sons has purchased a parcel to build religious buildings for three different faiths.

Plans for the site include construction of a Jewish School, a Calvary Chapel, and a Santa Margarita Methodist Church.

Lee & Associates' Orange office represented the buyer, and CB Richard Ellis' Newport Beach office represented the city of Rancho Santa Margarita in the transaction.
