New Technology Venture Comes to Rochester Hills

ROCHESTER HILLS, MI- Energy Conversion Devices earned more than $2 million in tax abatements for its proposed facility.

The company has joined with Texaco Energy Systems to develop andcommercialize fuel and hydrogen storage technologies."This new facility represents the highest of high-tech, and is a clearstatement as to the type of business our city can attract," says Ed Anzek,director of planning for Rochester Hills.

The company received more than $2 million in tax abatements from the state for the newfacility.
