ORLANDO-Designing and managing corporate benefits plans is a thriving business for Hewitt Associates, the Lincolnshire, IL-based firm whose 360,000-sf service center here is bulging with bodies.

The company is looking for 150,000 sf of quick space to house its growing, six-month-old online division, Sageo. This unit’s 110 employees, along with Hewitt’s core 650 workers, are housed at the one-year-old service center building at Central Florida Research park.
