TooJay's Original GourmetDeli, which was started by two guys named Jay in West Palm Beach, areopening the 6,000 square foot restaurant in February.The free-standing deli will open in The Fountains Shopping Center at119st and Glenwood streets. The restaurant will seat 160 persons insideand 30 on the patio.
TooJay's currently has 12 locations open in Florida and plans to openother locations in St. Louis and Denver.
