New Leases at Santa Fe Springs Business Complex Total $10 Mil

LOS ANGELES-Three firms have signed leases for 475,000 sf in Golden Springs Business Center, bringing total space leased to almost 1.9 million sf.

Staubach Co. dealt for the other new tenants--United Parcel Service's Sonic Air Inc. division and FAMSA, a distributor of Mexican food.

The 265-acre, master-planned project now has nearly 1.9-million sf of space leased. About 178,000 sf is still available in a new building, and a 306,000-sf cross-dock facility nearing completion will be available next month, a Colliers Seeley broker says.
