Apple One will take space on the sixth floor of the building. The company currently operates more than 340 offices nationwide.

"Ten Bank St.'s location near the train station is very convenient for us," says Michael A. Donnelly, Apple One's regional director. "The building has a well-kept appearance, which is important to us. And the property managers have been very accommodating."

W&M represented the building owner, Zaleski Real Estate LLC of New York City represented Apple One. W&M Properties is the marketing and managing agent for the 12-story, 220,000-sf office building.
