Precision paid $2.4 million for the building located at 17422 Murphy Ave. The firm will move its corporate headquarters and printing operation to the new facility sometime during the first quarter of 2001.

Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beach office represented both the buyer and the seller, Irvine-based Viking Pumps of Southern California, in the transaction.
