Nationally, the Starwood portfolio includes properties in nearly every category, with a combined value of over $7 billion. Since its inception in 1991, Starwood has completed more than 200 transactions. In addition, Starwood has spun off into two publicly-traded companies, Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide and iStar Financial Inc.
Heading up the newly opened office will be Marc Perrin, VP. He is relocating from Starwood's office in Greenwich, CT. Perrin will be joined by Michael Wong, associate.
