Mike Perot and Bob Brost of Champion will oversee the project, which is scheduled for completion next July. Champion's past developments have included build-to-suit projects for Nestle, General Electric, and Microsoft. Over the past 20 years, the company has developed in excess of 80 million sf.
Mondavi produces more than nine million cases of wine annually. Mondavi labels include Robert Mondavi Winery, Woodbridge, Byron Vineyard & Winery, Io and Vichon Mediterranean. The company also has interests in several other estates in France and Italy.
