The OTI contactless smart cards will initially contain e-cash and loyalty program functionality. Truck drivers visiting the center will use the cards to make purchases, earning loyalty points as they shop at the truck stop, which includes a hotel, restaurants, a movie theater, several retail stores, a barbershop and even a laundromat. These points can be used immediately on-site for additional purchases or discounts. Any remaining cash value or points on a card may be redeemed during future visits.

Jubitz was founded in 1952 and is one of the Pacific Northwest's leading independent truck stops, serving long-haul, regional and intrastate fleets with immediate access to the Port of Portland and rail terminal facilities.
