The agreement calls for Kennedy-Wilson to manage all of the firm's online development projects, from design through construction and closeout, using Struxicon's management tool.
"Struxicon's Web-based construction management system is by far the industry's most sophisticated, yet easy-to-use solution, and we believe it sets the standard for this industry," said William J. McMorrow, chair/CEO of Kennedy-Wilson. "Our company is committed to providing a wide range of business solutions utilizing the latest technology to our clients, and this is one example of how we are cutting the time and cost of construction for commercial building owners."
In March of this year, Kennedy-Wilson was a lead investor in Struxicon's first round of funding. The company went forward with a team of industry experts applying technology from Tanning, Oracle, Sun Microsystems and Microsoft to build a full-service Web-based platform for the development community.
