SC Tech Firm Moving HQ to Concourse Corporate Center

ATLANTA-Renaissance Interactive Holding Corp. of Columbia, SC is leasing 24,000 sf with plans to triple its number of employees.

Concourse is a high-profile, signature office complex with rents averaging $26 per sf. Renaissance, which has consulting, software and web-site development businesses, has 30 employees in its new space with plans to add another 70 to its Atlanta operations over the next 12 months. Renaissance is continuing operations in Columbia with about 100 workers.
