THE TRIANGLE, NC-In the past several years, many of the flex buildings in this market have been redeveloped as office space, leaving fewer buildings that can accommodate both offices and warehouse facilities. For example, Duke-Weeks Realty Corp. is adding office space to two of its warehouses in Perimeter Park to accommodate Cisco Systems and Industrial Microwave Systems. Cisco is taking 31,000 sf; Industrial Microwave, 45,000 sf.

The largest warehouse owner in the Triangle, Craig Davis Properties, has recently leased warehouse space to several bio-tech companies for office and laboratory facilities.
