Four buildings will comprise the complex to be located near Airway Boulevard and Interstate 580. The square-footage breakdown among those buildings is expected to be 14,600 sf, 18,050 sf, 18,240 sf and 25,200 sf. Once full with tenants, the buildings are expected to fetch $150/sf in an investment sale, according to Colliers International, which is marketing the property.

That figure is about half the rate for Silicon Valley office space. For that reason and others, more businesses small and large are expected to relocate in and around Livermore in the coming months and years.
