Trumark Targets Small-Business Owners with New Product

LIVERMORE, CA-Developer Trumark Commercial will begin construction on its 76,000-sf Copper Hill Business Park by spring 2001. Once fully leased, the company predicts it will be able to sell the four-building project for about $150/sf.

LIVERMORE, CA-Developer Trumark Commercial says it will begin building next spring its Copper Hill Business Park. The 76,000-sf, four-building development is slated for 6-acres here will be marketed to small business owners seeking to rent rather than buy, according to the company.

Four buildings will comprise the complex to be located near Airway Boulevard and Interstate 580. The square-footage breakdown among those buildings is expected to be 14,600 sf, 18,050 sf, 18,240 sf and 25,200 sf. Once full with tenants, the buildings are expected to fetch $150/sf in an investment sale, according to Colliers International, which is marketing the property.
