Johnson Manufacturing, a precision machine shop, bought the property located at 15201 Connector Lane to accommodate the firm's expansion. The building, a concrete tilt-up, is divisible into two separate units if desired. The firm plans to make some minor improvements to the building, which was built in 1977, before moving in on December 1.
Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office represented Johnson Manufacturing in the transaction. Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beach office represented the former owner and occupant, Robert McNeal, in the deal.
