Siegelgale develops branding, e-commerce and communications programs. Some of these programs include the design and creation of Web sites, trademarks, promotional campaigns and printed materials. Siegerdale will deploy the sales team to extend these services to a broader client base, operating out of the New York office. He will report directly to chairman and CEO Alan Siegel.

Lowell comes to the company from Admine.com, where he was senior vice president of business development. Prior to his work at Admine, he was the sales director for the New York tri-state area at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he helped introduce its national business development efforts. He also worked for Bankers Trust Company as vice president in the broker/dealer group serving such clients as Merrill Lynch, Solomon Smith Barney and TD Waterhouse. Lowell was global manager of business development prior to his work as a broker/dealer. He worked for V Band Corporation selling services to such clients as the NY Stock Exchange, JP Morgan and Bear Stearns.
