DETROIT- The 85,000-sf TelCraft Shopping Center at I-96 and Telegraph Road has been sold.
The 85,000-sf facility, which is half in Redford Township and half inDetroit, went for $1.8 million. Both the local owner and buyer did not wishto be named, said the brokers at Marcus and Millichap of Southfield.
