The three buildings, totaling 95,000 sf of office space are located at the Warner Red Hill Business Center, located at 15901-15991 Red Hill Ave. in Tustin. Touchstone has no plans to renovate the buildings at this time.
At the time of sale the buildings were 95% occupied. Cushman Realty's Irvine office represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
