Unnamed Warehouse Firm Expresses Interest in Port of Everett Industrial Park

EVERETT, WA-Port of Everett officials are currently talking with a warehouse company that has expressed interest in 300,000 sf in the 78-acre Riverside Industrial Park now being developed by the Port.

EVERETT, WA-Port of Everett officials are in discussions with an undisclosed warehouse company that has expressed interest in 300,000 sf of space in the 78-acre Riverside Industrial Park currently being developed by the Port.

Bob Mcchesney, director of properties and development for the Port of Everett, wouldn’t comment further on the warehouse company, which is expected to be the anchor tenant of the park if an agreement is reached. But he did note that the warehouse company is one of several tenants that have expressed interest in the industrial park.
