Hart, now a Tremont senior director, had the same title at Finova, where he arranged some $100 million in annual placements. Kolimayets, also named a senior director, averaged about $100 million in annual loan production at Finova. Lorenzini, Tremont managing director, was Midwest regional director for Finova, and a senior director for its predecessor company, Belgavia Capital, where he produced in excess of $80 million in annual loan volume.
