Denton Affordable Housing has bought Denton seven duplexes from C.G. and Jeff McNeil while Storage Unlimited of Houston has acquired about four acres at the intersection of SWQ Crystal Springs and Susan Drive from Crystal Properties. Other sales this week are M.D.L. Investors LP, a 21,000-sf building from Vello Industries at 3650 Marvin D. Love Freeway in Dallas and The King's Cos., an 11,000-sf showroom in Dallas' Design District from Mark Modares.
Also, Digital Computer Integration Corp. is taking 19,780 sf of office-tech space at 1009 Jupiter Rd. in Plano; and Hammon Electronics Inc is leasing 5,946 sf from RREEF for a regional headquarters and distribution site.
