The two complexes are the $10.2-million, 116-unit Peppertree Village located at 16040 Leffingwell Rd. and the $9.5-million, 120-unit Treetop Apartments located at 10522 Santa Gertrudes Ave.
The buyer, Lyon Capital Ventures, was represented in-house. The Orange County office of Charles Dunn Co. represented the seller, Irvine-based Lusk Co.
