White Lodging is managing the new hotel, one of the city's tallest buildings. "We're in a key trade area next to General Motors and Daimler-Chrysler facilities, where not many other full-service hotels are located," says Bob Farmery of White Lodging.
The facility is the 40th hotel under the Marriott International Inc. name to be built in the metropolitan Detroit area. It has 290 rooms with four luxury suites, 15,000-sf of meeting space, 13 private meeting/banquet rooms and a grand ballroom.
