101,456-SF Sterling Plaza Now in Trammell Crow Portfolio

HOUSTON-Trammell Crow beefs up its Houston portfolio, buying the 101,456-sf Sterling Plaza from TCP Sterling Partners. The six-story glass structure is from the city's building heyday of the early 1980s.

HOUSTON-An office tower built during Houston’s building boom of the early 1980s, Sterling Plaza at 10101 Southwest Freeway has changed hands.

Trammell Crow Co. trustee Dan K. Shaw has purchased the six-story glass structure from TCP Sterling Partners. Located along the SW freeway, just east of the intersection of Beltway 8 and the Sam Houston Parkway, the office building boasts 101,456 sf, which is 72% occupied. Occupancy has been running 65% to 72% during the past few years at the structure, completed in 1982.
