The seller, Denver-based Chandelle Properties, bought the land 1-1/2 years ago for $3.37 million. The company has platted and extended utilities to the site. Chandelle had been discussing plans for a 450,000-sf of single-story office/flex space, but reconsidered because Arrow's offer was too good to pass up.
Lee says Arrow eventually will use the land to expand its campus. The site could support more than 450,000 sf of multi-story buildings.
