Prometheus Real Estate Group is developing the project, on Creekside Way off East Hamilton Avenue. The site is a block from the Hamilton Light Rail Station, a location the developers say provides ideal public-transportation access.

Construction is expected to begin early next year on the projects, both of which were designed by the Gensler architecture firm. Phil Mahoney and Todd Shaffer of Cornish & Carey Commercial are handling the leasing process. No tenants have been announced.
