The first is a 14,669-sf research and development building at 22880 Savi Ranch. The second is a 34,972-sf building located at 22895 Eastpark Drive. The two structures back up to each other on the same property.
Tim Buckley, owner of Vintage Design, explains that his company has been leasing the smaller building for the past four years, but needs more room for expansion.
Both Vintage, and the seller, The Clifford Companies of Newport Beach, were represented by Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office in the transaction.
