The seller is Coolidge South Markets Equity Ltd. and Maidad Rabina. The asset is at 700 Arthur Godfrey Rd., a commercial thoroughfare named for the late guitar-playing, slow-talking humorist who promoted Miami Beach internationally in the 1950s through his nightly radio show. The former grocery site sits on a .84-acre pad and sold for $3 million in 1998 and $1.46 million in 1986.

In the Orlando market, CVS plans to open its first 10,380-sf Central Florida store this month on Conroy-Windermere Road at Dr. Phillips Boulevard in southwest Orange County. The company's plans for an 11,950-sf outlet along with a 5,000-sf office building Downtown didn't meet the city's code requirements last month.
