Quantam Bridge Communications Moves to River Road Interchange

ANDOVER-Quantam Bridge Communications leased a 106,000 sf office building here at the River Road interchange, bolstering Route 495's growing reputation as a haven for high tech. The company is moving due to its rapid growth.

ANDOVER, MA-As yet another indication of the emergence of Route 495 as a high tech area, Quantam Bridge communications, a developer of optical access networking solutions, is moving into 2 Technology Dr. here. The company is leasing a 106,000-sf office building.

“They are a fast growth telecom company and they needed more space,” John Wilson, managing director at the Boston office of Insignia/ESG, tells Globest.com. Insignia/ESG represented Quantam Bridge in the transaction. Meredith & Grew represented the landlord, Boston Capital Institutional Advisors.
