Following that trend, Opus West Corp. is calling its new Opus Tech Center here a success, announcing that Solectron and Siliconrax-Sliger are both buying 42,000-sf facilities in the complex's first phase of development. The second phase should be completed in the next month. Meanwhile, Cisco Systems last week announced plans to build a 3.4 million-sf campus in the city, and the data-storage company Viacom Systems also announced says it will move to Fremont from nearby Mountain View.
