Arlington Investments Inc., headed by Jack Einbinder, purchased the Palmer Plaza, a 6,400-sf retail center at 11200 Michigan Ave. for $292,000. Youngtown is about 15 miles northwest of downtown Phoenix and adjacent to Sun City retirement community.
Local investor, Robert Tufts of Litchfield Park, AZ, was the seller. He had owned the property for the past five years.
The Phoenix office of Marcus & Millichap represented both parties.
