The Draper, UT-based TenFold Corp., a provider of e-business applications for banking, communications, energy, healthcare, insurance, and investment management companies, has leased 65,650 sf at 200 S. Wacker. TenFold's new offices will be located on the 4th, 15th, and 16th floors of the building. Cushman & Wakefield represented TenFold during negotiations with owners Lend Lease and the John Buck Co.
I-Works has subleased 18,500-sf at 500 W. Madison, expanding its office space to 23,000-sf. Citicorp, the sublessor of the space, was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle. B2B Works, an on-line advertising network, has leased 5,000 sf at 43 W. Erie St., as part of an expansion of its office space. It currently occupies 20,000 sf. Building ownership was represented by Armour Management.
