"The Southwest Corridor office market continues to show its growing power through such deals as these," says Mayor Roger Claar of Bolingbrook, pointing out that single-story office properties are very much in demand in this part of the metro area.
KPB has started construction of Phase II of the Creekside Corporate Center, which will consist of two office buildings totaling 75,000 sf. KPB is a partnership of Elgin-based PanCor Construction & Development and Wm. Krug Inc., a leasing, investment and development firm based in Lemont.
