KPB has started construction of Phase II of the Creekside Corporate Center, which will consist of two office buildings totaling 75,000 sf. KPB is a partnership of Elgin-based PanCor Construction & Development and Wm. Krug Inc., a leasing, investment and development firm based in Lemont.
