The service currently covers the Puget Sound region including Pierce, King and Snohomish counties, and is slated for rollout in other major West Coast cities beginning early next year.

To use the service, the tenant enters desired criteria such as location of the office space, the amount of square footage needed, and the price range he or she is willing to pay, and SpaceLease.com instantly delivers a list of available office spaces that meet the criteria. Registered users also have access to more detailed information such as photos of the office building and of the floor plan, and a list of precise amenities. If desired, the site allows tenants to schedule an appointment on-line to view the property or to submit an immediate bid.
