EVERETT, WA-Even though Everett Mall, the 11th largest shopping center in Puget Sound, was placed into receivership by the Snohomish County Superior Court in October, “everything that’s happened since then has been very positive,” says Patricia Curran, leasing manager for the mall.

In spite of the receivership, the mall has been gaining new permanent tenants, which now total 120. The 722,000-sf retail property also has added nearly 50 temporary tenants for the Christmas season, not counting kiosks. Remaining permanent space of 25,000 sf is available for prices ranging from $25 per sf to $50 per sf depending on size and location.
