Anchored by a Kroger supermarket, the center recently underwent a renovation and expansion, including an additional 9,500 sf of shops.
The Market at Hanes Bridge is a 130,515-sf center, also anchored by Kroger. It is in the booming North Fulton market, about 25 miles north of Downtown.
The Cary, NC property is Saltbox Village, a 53,395-sf center anchored by Fresh Markest, an upscale grocer, and Outback Steakhouse. Cary is in the greater Raleigh, NC area, about 11 miles from Downtown Raleigh.
