Neuhaus Investments Planning Second Structure for Fallbrook Crossing Professional Center

HOUSTON-Neuhaus Investment Co. expects to break ground for a new 20,000-sf professional building at the intersection of FM 1960 and Fallbrook, near the Cypress-Fairbanks Hospital. The structure will be adjacent to the $3-million, 30,000-sf Fallbrook Crossing Professional Center, also being developed by Neuhaus Investment. Construction will begin on the new building when leasing is complete. Fallbrook Crossing space has already been leased to Texas Children’s Pediatric Associates, Northwest Ob/Gyn and Edward Jones Investments.

The developer says a professional center represents the best fit for the area because of its proximity to the hospital. The Neuhaus family has owned the property 1928, when cattle grazed for much of the 1900s. Neuhaus Investment has operated in Houston since 1924, developing apartments, office buildings, single-family homes, shopping centers and warehouses.
