Online Firm Expands to South Bay

LOS ANGELES-Broadvision Inc., based in Redwood City, is taking 22,500 sf in the building at the corner of Continental and Grand where 75 employees will be located. The $5-million lease has a seven-year term.

LOS ANGELES-A Redwood City-based e-commerce software provider has signed a $5-million, seven-year lease at El Segundo’s Continental Grand Plaza II, bringing the office building up to full occupancy.

BroadVision Inc. will take 22,500 sf in the six-story, 240,000-sf building at the corner of Continental and Grand. The space will house the software company’s South Bay satellite office, which will include full training facilities and room for up to 75 employees.
