The Los Angeles-based family trust fund added the property to its investment portfolio to meet a 1031 exchange requirement, according to a broker for the seller, Mac Duff LP of Laguna Niguel. Located at 17391 Murphy Ave., the structure is a concrete tilt-up construction.
The buyer was represented by Marcus & Millichap's Newport Beach office. Brokers from Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro and Irvine offices spoke for the seller.
