All of the builders utilize ClearWorks to create their "wired for the future" communities, delivering bundled digital solutions to participating homeowners in the mid- to high-dollar range.

ClearWorks builds fiber-optics networks into new communities and pre-wires every new home for a full complement of technology solutions, including high-speed Internet connections, digital local and long distance telephone service with add-ons, digital cable television, video on-demand video and game rentals, closed circuit TV capabilities and a community intranet.
